  • Current Court Purposes Driving Abstract

    IL driving record can be obtained from your local DMV, or online.

  • Law Enforcement Sworn Report / Statutory Summary Suspension

    This was given to you at the time of your arrest OR can be obtained from the police station, courthouse or your attorney.

DUI EVALUATION & CLASSIFICATIONS:

The DUI evaluation determines your DUI risk classification. There are four different levels of DUI offenders: Level I Minimal Risk, Level II Moderate Risk, Level II Significant Risk and Level III High Risk. This classification determines the number of hours and level of care you will need to complete.
